About Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a profound and powerful tool. Your conscious thinking mind listens
to the suggestions, but it is your subconscious that processes the information
and takes action. Hypnosis is really speaking to your subconscious. Will power
is really our thinking self trying to overcome something that is considered an
obstacle. Hypnosis goes beyond will power and communicates directly to our inner
self or the subconscious.
We actually move into a hypnotic brain wave pattern every 1.5 to 2 hours during our waking day. We usually call it daydreaming or "fogging out." It is actually a time when the thinking self relaxes and the inner self processes all that has happened during the last two hours of life. This relaxed "day-dreamy" time is a natural part of who we are. It is how we are wired and how we process. It is this deep processing that hypnosis is all about. The thinking self relaxes while the subconscious processes information. Our inner self wants to work for us 100% and more, but it needs a clear direction to go. Often this clear direction does not come from our thinking mind, because, throughout the day, our thoughts go one way one minute, and then go another direction the next minute.
Often our thoughts are random and without a constant focus. Hypnosis provides that constant focus and gives that clear direction to the subconscious. These hypnosis sessions give you that focused direction. Listening repeatedly focuses your subconscious. As a result, the subconscious naturally guides you to quickly achieve your goals. You will find yourself naturally taking the right action steps toward your goals.

least two months. I ask you to listen to it each and every night as you go to
sleep. Go to sleep while you listen to your session. Your subconscious never
sleeps. It receives the suggestions directly because your thinking mind is
relaxed and does not interfere with critical, logical thinking. The hypnotic
suggestions link directly to your subconscious. Repetition of hypnosis is the
